1. Rebate is only good when the merchandise bought from the authorized reseller that shown the Rebate Logo.  

2. Customer has to fill out the Rebate Form  in order to be eligible for the rebate from the manufacturer.   

3. Rebate will be sent directly from Anderson Manufacturer to the customer within 6-8 weeks.
